Prices include

the use of fully furnished flat with kitchen utensils, color T.V. with satellite reception, taxes, electricity, gas and water consumption, terrace, use of beach cabin, safe, Bed clothes and towels and car park. Small pets allowed. Services Free Wi-Fi FIBER in the apartment and in the common area.. Use bicycles. Baby-bed free. Reductions in the nearby restaurants, shops and beach. dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

1 free parasol throughout the season and offers for monthly rentals

Tourist tax

  • € 1.40 per person for a maximum of seven days, children up to 14 years free.

Remarks:

  • The stay begins on Saturday at 04 PM and ends to Saturday at 10 AM

    • Luggage may be left at the residence if arrival or departure is outside of these times. Reservations can be made by phone, fax, letter or e-mail. If there is anything further we can do to help then please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • Payment: cash, check or credit card.
  • When making a reservation, a deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. On arrival the full balance will be required.
  • Compulsory caution money of Euro 150,00 per flat. In the event of no damage, the deposit will be returned on departure.

Reduction for long holiday

  • 5% discount for stays of 3 weeks, except 01-22 August.
  • 10% discount for stays of at least 4 weeks, except 01-22 August.

Supplements

  • Air conditioning per week:
    - Mono: € 20,00;
    - Bilo: € 30,00;
    - Trilo: € 45,00.
  • On vacating the apartment final cleaning will be charged:
    - Mono: € 30,00;
    - Bilo: € 40,00;
    - Trilo: € 60,00.
  • Final cleaning extra for pets in the apartment:
    - Mono: € 20,00;
    - Bilo: € 30,00;
    - Trilo: € 40,00.
  • Extra Bed can be provided for an extra charge of 10%
  • Tourist Tax: € 1,40 per person for a maximum of 7 days, children up to 14 years free.
